If a customer of the Wise County P.S.A. wishes to move to another location which is also in our service area, the P.S.A. will need the following:

• Any previous balance on the account must be paid in full
• The account number of the original location
• The service address of the new location
• The previous tenant of the new location
• Date service is to be transferred (At least a 3 day notice is required)

No additional fees will be charged for this service.
