Already Has PSA Connection
to the Residence
The individual(s) that will be responsible for the bill would need to
visit the Wise County PSA office to sign a contract and should bring the
following information:
- Picture identification (driver's license, photo ID)
- Service address
- Whether you are buying or renting the property (if renting, we need
the name and mailing address of the owner or property manager)
- Your telephone number(s)
- Mailing address
- Date service should begin. We need notice of at least one day in
advance. Service will not be turned on during weekends or holidays.
- $100.00 security deposit
Does Not Have PSA
Connection to the Residence
Before a new connection can be made for a residence, a tap
application*
must be completed and approved by our linecrew foreman. This
application can be made at the Wise County PSA office, online, or by phone.
The following information is needed:
- Customer name
- Service address
- Telephone number(s)
After tap application has been approved, the individual(s) that will be
responsible for the bill would need to visit the Wise County PSA office to
sign a contract and should bring the following:
- Picture identification (driver's license, photo ID)
- Service address
- Your telephone number(s)
- Mailing address
- $100.00
- $400.00 connection fee
These fees can be paid in one of the following manners:
- Customer must pay connection fee and meter deposit in one lump sum.
- Customer may pay $100.00 down on the connection fee. The
remaining $300.00 will be billed at $25.00 per month for the next 12
consecutive months. NO PAYMENT SCHEDULE WILL BE ALLOWED FOR THE
$100.00 METER DEPOSIT. The meter deposit MUST be paid in full
before a meter can be installed.
* Without a tap application being approved,
there is NO GUARANTEE that a customer will be allowed to connect to PSA
water. Also, any payment made in advance or signing of a payment agreement
DOES NOT guarantee a connection being made.
